These Terms of Purchase apply to orders placed through roveliis.com.
Roveliis is owned and operated by Nanjing Hongruan Technology Co., Ltd.
By submitting an order through our website, you agree to these Terms of Purchase together with the policies referenced below.
1. Seller
Unless otherwise clearly stated during checkout, purchases made through roveliis.com are sold through:

2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, features, materials, included components, prices, and other information.
Small variations may occur because of production processes, lighting, photography, measurement methods, or screen display differences.
Any material feature important to your purchase should be reviewed before the order is submitted.
3. Prices and Currency
The United States storefront currently displays product prices in US dollars (USD).
Prices may change from time to time before an order is placed.
A price change after an order has been accepted will not ordinarily alter the agreed price for that order unless an obvious pricing or technical error occurred and applicable law permits correction.
4. Order Submission
Placing products in a cart does not reserve inventory.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean the order has completed every payment, fraud, inventory, or fulfillment review.
5. Order Acceptance
We may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment where reasonably necessary, including because of:
Payment authorization failure.
Suspected fraud or misuse.
Inventory unavailability.
An obvious pricing or product-information error.
A delivery address that cannot reasonably be serviced.
A legal or regulatory restriction.
If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, the applicable payment will be refunded.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with the order.
Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers.
7. Shipping
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Estimated standard delivery is generally 7–12 business days after dispatch.
Complimentary standard shipping is available for orders over US$75.

8. Order Changes and Cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request before fulfillment begins.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
We do not impose a cancellation fee on an order successfully cancelled before fulfillment.
9. Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Return Policy.
A customer should contact us and obtain return instructions before sending a product back.
10. Refunds
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after an eligible returned product has been received and inspected.
Additional processing time imposed by the customer's payment provider may apply.
11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Customers should contact us if they receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered.
Where the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution consistent with our Return Policy and applicable consumer law.
12. Limited Warranty
Eligible Roveliis products are covered by the 2-Year Limited Warranty described in our Warranty Policy.
The warranty is separate from and does not reduce mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
13. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional discounts may be subject to additional conditions disclosed with the promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, discounts have no cash value and may not be combined where checkout does not permit combination.
14. Taxes
Applicable sales or transaction taxes may be calculated according to the delivery address and applicable legal requirements.
Any amount collected will be displayed as part of the checkout process where applicable.
15. Resale and Commercial Misuse
Products offered through the consumer storefront are intended primarily for legitimate customer purchases.
We may limit unusually large quantities or orders reasonably associated with unauthorized resale, fraud, abuse, or interference with normal store operation.
16. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Roveliis is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the purchase contract was formed.
These limitations do not affect rights or remedies that customers may have under mandatory consumer protection law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms of Purchase are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer's place of residence remain unaffected where they cannot legally be excluded.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through customer support may be submitted to a court having lawful jurisdiction, including the competent courts at the registered location of Nanjing Hongruan Technology Co., Ltd., except where mandatory applicable law gives a consumer the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
