Roveliis provides a 2-Year Limited Warranty for eligible products purchased directly through roveliis.com.
Warranty Period
The limited warranty begins on the date the eligible product is delivered and continues for two years.
What the Warranty Covers
The warranty applies to qualifying defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal household use of the product.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not generally cover:
Normal cosmetic wear.
Ordinary wear resulting from regular use.
Damage caused by misuse or use outside the product's intended purpose.
Accidental damage.
Improper storage or cleaning.
Damage caused by unauthorized modification.
Damage caused by failure to follow relevant product instructions.
Loss or theft.
Products not purchased through roveliis.com unless Roveliis expressly confirms otherwise.
These exclusions do not remove statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Making a Warranty Claim

A description of the problem.
Clear photographs or video showing the issue where reasonably possible.
Additional information reasonably required to evaluate the claim.
Warranty Resolution
After reviewing an eligible claim, Roveliis may provide an appropriate remedy such as:
Replacement parts.
Product replacement.
Repair where appropriate.
A refund where replacement or another reasonable remedy is unavailable or unsuitable.
Customers will not be charged for a remedy required to resolve a confirmed qualifying warranty defect.
Statutory Rights
This limited warranty is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law and does not restrict rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
